Only the rates published in our booking machine are relevant. They are dynamic and change depending on length of stay, season and occupation.

- 3 rooms: large room with double bed and sofa bed for 2 persons; small room with double bed and own washbasin; small room with double bed and own small balcony
- Bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin, shower toilet and lots of storage space
- Open kitchen with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, combisteamer, Delizio coffee machine; lots of kitchen equipment (fondue set and raclette set available), table with space for 5-6 people.
- Living room: sofa, big table with 8 chairs, TV, big balcony with mountain view
- Wardrobe: Small wardrobe in the corridor
- Entrance area: Separate entrance area with lots of storage space in large sliding wardrobe (for shoes, etc.)
- The infrastructure and the offers of the Guesthouse (among other things ski room with shoe warmer, laundry service, breakfast or bread baking service etc.) can be used.
Good to know: The apartment has, as is normal for living rooms in Gimmelwald, relatively low ceilings (between 1.90 and 2.10 meters).

Cancellation and payment conditions
The above price corresponds to a non-cancellable rate; the amount is due the moment of the booking. Refundable rate: 25% surcharge; conditions: Cancellation up to 15 days before departure: refund of the full amount, minus an administration fee of 10%; Cancellation 14 to 8 days before departure: refund of 50% of the cost; Cancellation 0-7 days before departure: no refund.
